Open the Settings app and tap on System.
Select the reset option.
Now select Erase All Data (Factory Reset) at the bottom of the list.
Read the information about the data to be erased, then tap on Erase All Data.
Create a pattern or enter a PIN code to complete the process.
 Review the warning displayed on the screen carefully and click on Erase All Data to erase the data.

How to factory reset Samsung smartphone.

Go to Accounts and Backup option in Settings app and click on Manage account.
Find your Samsung account in the list and tap and click Remove account.
Now go to the Main Settings menu and tap on General management.
Scroll down and tap on Reset.
After that tap on Factory data reset.
Read the information related to Erasing Data and tap the Reset button.
Create a pattern or enter a PIN code to complete the process.
Click on Delete to erase the data.
