Samsung is soon going to launch a new F-series smartphone in the Indian market, which will be named Samsung Galaxy F42 5G. This smartphone will be available for sale on Flipkart. The company has made a microsite of this device live on the official site of Flipkart and Samsung. According to the micro site, this Samsung phone will be launched on September 29. Apart from the launch date of the smartphone, information about its design and key specifications has also been revealed. Let’s know the special things about this smartphone.

The smartphone will get a display with a water drop notch and a triple rear camera setup will be given in it. The camera module of the phone will be in a square shape, which has LED flash along with three cameras. The brand has made it clear that this smartphone will have a display with Full HD + resolution, which will support 90Hz refresh rate. However, the company has not revealed the display size of the smartphone.

According to leaked reports, a 6.6-inch LCD panel can be given in it. The handset can come with MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. It can get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Storage can be increased with the help of micro SD card. The phone will get a side mounted fingerprint sensor for security, which is clear from its picture. 12 5G bands will be supported in the phone. The company itself has given this information in the teaser.

Talking about optics, the phone will get 64MP primary sensor, which will come with 5MP ultra wide angle lens and 2MP depth sensor. The brand has said that the smartphone will get a 5000mAh battery. However, its charging capacity is not known. The device will work on the operating system based on Android 11. Since this device is listed on Flipkart, it can be purchased from here. Its launch date is 29 September. The price of the phone will also be announced on the same day.
