Xiaomi made history beating Apple, OnePlus, Samsung, now number-1 made in this category

Xiaomi has got the number 1 position in terms of providing after-sales service to the company’s Mi and Redmi brands. After this, the company has become the most prominent company in India in terms of sales and services. According to leading consumer intelligence firm Red Quanta, Xiaomi has become the No.1 smartphone brand in terms of offering after-cell service not only in India but in 11 more countries. That is, now the company has also come at number 1 in terms of services after sales in India.

Research on the people of Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities

The Chinese tech giant shared a report by a leading consumer intelligence firm Red Quanta, which found that people in India who own Mi devices are experiencing good after-cell experiences. this research of Red Quanta has been done on more than 8000 participants in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India.

After gathering the information and analyzing it, the research firm came to the conclusion that Xiaomi is the number 1 smartphone brand in India in terms of sales and services.

Xiaomi’s service outlets exist in more than 600 districts of India

According to GizmoChina’s report, Muralikrishna B, India COO of Xiaomi said about the company’s achievement saying that Xiaomi has been successful in winning the trust of the people, the biggest reason is our cell and service. He also informed that there are service outlets of Xiaomi in more than 600 districts of India, where every effort of the users is tried to solve them.

The report also found that the highest (85 percent) customers of Xiaomi in the premium smartphone category are satisfied. After this, OnePlus, Apple and Samsung have made their way. Meanwhile, the brand also leads the non-premium smartphone category chart with 51 percent customer satisfaction.
